About

Tom Campbell, President

A self-proclaimed "tech geek," Tom is obsessed with technology. Whether it's installing WiFi bridges for a company miles across town or recovering lost computer data, there is very little that he doesn't do. Born and raised in North Charleston, Tom is proud to serve his community for all its IT needs. As a long-standing member of The Exchange Club of Charleston, he is also big into giving back. During the holidays, you may occasionally find him ringing the bell for the Salvation Army's red kettle drive or helping run the Coastal Carolina Fair, an event that raises thousands of dollars each year for Lowcountry charities.

With more than 20 years of experience under his belt, Tom is a proven professional. He has an associate's degree in electronics from Devry University and is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer MCSE and Novell CNE. If you have an electronic or technology question, you can bet Tom has a solution. When he's not busy working hard for his customers, he enjoys eating out, visiting new places and occasionally spending time with his wife, Nikki...but ONLY occasionally.

Andy Taylor, IT Engineer

For as long as Andy can remember, he’s always been fascinated by emerging technology and how it can improve our lives. That’s why a career in IT seemed like the perfect fit. In July 2017, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from ECPI University with an AAS in Cyber and Network Security. Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, Andy has lived and worked all over the world, giving him the ability to experience a variety of cultures. Having spent 20 years as a security forces craftsman for the United States Airforce, he attributes his strong military background to his robust work ethic. When working with customers, he goes beyond the call of duty to meet their IT needs. “Everyone should be able to benefit from outstanding IT service. A customer needs to concentrate on their business and not have any worries about their IT solutions,” he believes. In Andy’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their energetic German Shepherd. He also enjoys playing gaming consoles and watching NCAA basketball and Major League Baseball. He’s also a die-hard Kansas Jayhawk fan. Rock Chalk, Jayhawk, Go KU!

Nikki Gaskins Campbell, Digital Marketing Ninja

Like Ron Burgundy from "Anchorman," Nikki is sort of a big deal. (She at least likes to think so.) If her face looks a little familiar it's because she spent approximately five years working in TV news as a reporter, anchor and producer in Charleston. She left the TV biz to focus her full-time attention to Spotlight Media Pros, a company she launched that specializes in social media, online content and digital marketing. She also owns and operates a hyper local news outlet called The Berkeley Observer. At Lowcountry Cloud IT, Nikki manages the company's website, social media and digital marketing. She's a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds a degree in broadcast journalism and minor in Spanish. Like Tom, Nikki is also very active in her community. She's a volunteer first reponder for the Berkeley County Rescue Squad, a wish granter for Make-A-Wish and also works as a reserve deputy sheriff for a local law enforcement agency.

Bandit, Office Manager

The humans think they run this company, but don't let them fool you. As the unofficial office manager for Lowcountry Cloud IT, I run the show. Being the company's mascot simply wasn't good enough for me, so I gave myself a promotion. Unfortunately, that didn't come with a pay raise. I'm proud to say that I'm not your average canine. I'm actually better than most. Sure, I may occasionally bark at nothing and lick myself in special places, but I'm sort of a big deal. In 2017, I won the Post & Courier's title of "Lowcountry's Cutest Pet." When I'm not busy snuggling with my awesome fur-parents, Tom and Nikki, I stay busy eating, sleeping, barking at imaginary objects and licking random strangers. You can learn more about me on my website (Yes, people, I have a website) at www.banditisamazing.com.
